Revoluci贸n de Cuba - First Birthday Fiesta 馃帀馃嵐馃拑

Last night my friend Nikki and I attended the first birthday of Cuban bar/restaurant Revoluci贸n de Cuba. Since opening twelve months ago, Revs de Cuba, as I like to call it, has transformed the somewhat derelict Theatre District and made it the place to be in Milton Keynes once more, becoming the havana in the heart of MK.

Having recently celebrated my birthday at Revs de Cuba, pictures below...

...I was delighted when an invite to their first birthday fiesta popped into my mailbox. The event invite sent by Sales Manager Hannah Davis, was to attend the VIP lounge with a welcome drink on arrival and all night queue jump.

Upon arrival, attendees were welcomed by the Cuban dancers in their sequined, feather outfits.

Before we knew it the party was in full swing with the dancers assembling party-goers to the chorus of ole ole and the train of revellers looping the dance-floor.

A few other MK Bloggers were in attendance and it was a lovely occasion to mingle with them and enjoy a few cocktails.

Party-goers packed the dance floor, creating a vibrant atmosphere, worthy of a Cuban fiesta and setting the place alight to celebrate their first birthday celebration.

Since landing on the scene of MK twelve months ago, it's hard to imagine life before Revoluci贸n de Cuba. The bar and restaurant venue has a number of salsa events, making it the nightspot for a variety of age groups. Let alone their tantalising tapas dishes, which are 241 on Sundays. Don't even get me started on their extensive cocktail menu….

Feel the Cuban beat and cha cha your way to Revoluci贸n de Cuba

Address:
21 Savoy Crescent
Milton Keynes
MK9 3PU

Hats off to Hannah & the team, I look forward to tucking into some tapas, sinking some cocktails and dancing the night away again soon!
