Whipsnade Zoo has always had a special place in my heart. I grew up in nearby Leighton Buzzard and spending those endless summer days at Whipsnade watching the sea lion show, eating ice-cream and trying to muster up the courage to venture down the big slide in the play area brings back fond memories of my childhood.
